Your trainer, Karim shows you how to strengthen your midsection. Do this side plunk with a leg lift to sculpt one of the most important parts of your body.
Lie on your side with your arm on the floor and one foot on top of the other. Raise your hips, contract your abs and butt so that your body looks like a straight line from your shoulders to your feet. Hold for 15-30 seconds then place your outer hand on the side of your face. Lift your knee to meet your elbow and return to starting position. Repeat this 12-15 times and repeat on the other side.
